Fyfe was established in 1982 and grown to be a major player within the industry specialising as an established land, resource and infrastructure development consultancy.

Fyfe Pty Ltd was established in 1982 by Alister Ross Fyfe as a single-person survey business based in Adelaide.

The company experienced rapid growth and quickly became a major player in the land development consultancy business.

In 1995, Fyfe established an engineering division to meet the demands of major clients operating in South Australia’s Cooper Basin. This division was expanded in 2001, when Fyfe acquired Adelaide Civil Engineering consultancy Allan Gilbert & Associates.

As a result of further acquisitions, mergers and organic growth, Fyfe now has more than 500 staff, ranging from qualified engineers to surveyors, town planners and support personnel.

The company works on major infrastructure, pipeline, oil & gas and coal seam gas projects across Australia with clients including international leaders in the energy, resources and land development industries.

In 2012, Fyfe merged with respected Adelaide land consultancy Connor Holmes.

Fyfe currently has offices in Adelaide, Brisbane, Darwin, Melbourne and Perth with regional offices across Queensland, South Australia, News South Wales and the Northern Territory.
