Brief Description

Charter Hall sought to deliver a large floorplate, A grade office building to meet the future needs of large relocating corporate organisations seeking 5 star Green Star rated floorspace in a central city location.

FYFE's Responsibility

We conducted early discussions with planning authorities to establish the key design criteria, particularly in respect of the site’s inclusion of a townscape listed building, its setback requirements and its obligations towards accommodating the high pedestrian flows of Gawler Place.

The resultant 22 level, 33,000 m2 (net) building successfully addressed relevant heritage and planning criteria while maintaining zero lot line setbacks to Pirie Street and Gawler Place.
