Our Quality Management System is accredited to the standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000, which ensures that the quality of our products and services is consistent with our company objectives. This includes a commitment to continually improve the effectiveness of our Quality Management System.

To ensure a complete and responsible approach to our business and the community, the system includes separate policies for Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental management.

Our company objectives ensure the continual improvement of the products and services we provide, whilst managing the business, is performed in an effective and efficient manner.

The development & maintenance of system is directed by the Quality Manager who is a senior management representative and a director of the company.

In addition, our staff are personally responsible for the quality of the products and services they provide.  To assist in there performance, all personnel are provided with appropriate training to ensure their effective participation in the company activities.

Our quality commitment is maintained through;
