3D Laser Scanning

Fyfe has extensive 3D and high accuracy survey experience in a wide range of projects across Australia. Recently completed and current projects include:

Liquid Recovery Plant - Cold Box Rebuild including as constructed 3D survey of existing pipework and the setout of the new Cold Box and associated pipework

Moomba Airstrip – Detailed as constructed survey of Airstrip pavement repairs and 3D laser scan of the airstrip surface for resheet design

Big Lake Gas Plant – Complete 3D scan and modeling of existing pipework and plant equipment for detailed design of plant expansion

Della Pig Receiver – As Constructed survey for retrofit of a new pig barrel to be fabricated offsite and installed without any field fitting

Lobethal Abattoir – Detailed 3D scan and model of the internal working areas of the abattoir including all plant equipment, structures and surfaces

Moomba Plant Vessel Maintenance - Deformation monitoring of a large piping vessel, including a baseline scan of the vessel followed by surveys as work was conducted. Accurate results were determined by comparing 3D modeled surfaces
